“The diamonds symbolize eternal commitment and love in the marriage. Golden topaz and blue sapphires represent Robin and Amber’s birthstones, adding a personal touch to the ring,” Mizrahi explains. “Golden topaz signifies warmth and positivity, while blue sapphires symbolize wisdom and loyalty, making them meaningful additions to their union.”

Describing the “wonderful experience” of collaborating with the couple on the rings, Mizrahi says Roberts expressed that she was hoping for something “unique.”

“Crafting these rings was more than just design — it was about capturing their unique love story,” he explains. “Robin and Amber’s energy was something we rarely experience. They were filled with love, laughter and heart, and we couldn’t be happier to play a role in their love story.”

Roberts, 62, shared the happy news that she and Laign had said their “I dos” witha light-hearted postFriday on the Instagram account the duo runs for their dog, Lil Man Lukas. “My mommies are MARRIED!!!! Married?……yes….married!!!” they wrote, alongside a photo of the pup dressed up for the occasion in a bow tie.

Gregoli said Roberts and Laign chose a rustic barn for their reception venue. “When I asked Amber what she envisioned, the words ‘enchanted garden’ and ‘ethereal’ kept coming up,” Gregoli told PEOPLE. “Once she gave me those keywords, then I knew the vision that they were trying to evoke. We used lots of moss, greenery and organic materials throughout the wedding.”

The couple made sustainability a priority, including sending out plantable save-the-dates and invitations and repurposing the flower boxes used in their ceremony for the reception. “We also did not want to have too much waste with cut flowers, so we used a lot of greenery to make it feel organic,” Gregoli noted.

Laign’s vision of an enchanted garden was brought to life with two large trees adorned with twinkle lights, a large moss wall and a canopy of flowers with lights over the dance floor “so it seemed like people were dancing beneath a garden canopy.”

Roberts and Laign enjoyed their first dance as a married couple to Elton John’s “Can You Feel the Love Tonight,” and Roberts later surprised her new wife with a flash mob dance in a fun moment.

“We had two large Spanish moss-covered trees that were used as their backdrop to Robin’s mother’s meditation bench,” Gregoli revealed. “The bench was very important to Robin and Amber. That was a non-negotiable.”

“I’m hesitating because I haven’t said it out loud yet . . . I’m saying ‘yes’ to marriage,” Roberts said duringGMA’s Jan. 2 broadcast. “We’re getting married this year.”

She continued, “It was something we had talked about but we had put it off, she became ill but … it is saying yes to that, and that next chapter.”
