define after Martha ’s previous appearances in Torchwood ’s 2nd season — after she’dleft the Tenth Doctor behindand connect up with UNIT to continue her work as a doctor - slash - defender of the Earth — Dissected , pen by Tim Foley , sees Gwen and Martha re - get in each other ’s lives over a mysterious stagnant body .
