There are some freebooter for season 1.5 ahead , so be warned !
In the 2d half of the first season , “ the show find its focus , ” enounce executive manufacturer David Eick , in the roundtables on Caprica . “ The show finds its footing . ” bestow executive manufacturer Ronald D. Moore , “ The first half was a lot of setup , and the 2d half pays off a lot of that apparatus . ” Both producer read the first half of the time of year was moderately short on suspense , ticking clocks and high - stakes action mechanism , but all of the geographic expedition of the part freed the producer up to have tons of that poppycock in the second one-half of the time of year .

Moore said the first half of the time of year might have had too many arcs go at once . “ There were definitely clip in the first half of the time of year when the tale amaze too confusing . There were times we were confusing ourselves . ” Oftentimes , episode would prevail too long in the editing room , and the producer would be forced to veer scenes , and even whole storylines , out of sequence , hop the death solution would still make sense . And some of the poppycock that the producer let sneak about the relaxation of the time of year does sound fantastic . Eick told the roundtables that the show will change the mythology of the practical worlds , including New Cap City . And Zoe Graystone will use New Cap City as a way of press out her “ earnest notion that the society , if it remain immoral or fail to live up to a sealed ethic , will crumple and die . ” She wages warfare against the degeneracy of Caprican society – starting in New Cap City itself . “ It ’s a pretty delightful thing to watch , ” says Eick .
Also , the producerstold the panel earlier in the daythat the satellite Gemenon will be sport very intemperately in the second half of the season . And we ’ll also be learning more about Tauron fellowship . We ’ll meet a pot of new version of Zoe too .

And I asked James Marsters whether he think it ’s true that his character , Barnabas , is a spiritual fundamentalist who uses his own sexual urge solicitation to get what he wants . Marsters somewhat much admitted it :
Yeah , we ’re attempt to ill-treat on that , but it just comes through . It ’s like gravity , piece . You just ca n’t fight it . ( make sexy typeface . ) Yeah , yeah , he uses [ sex ] to further his ends . And I think he enjoys sex too . Around the solidification he ’s get tequila , all this wicked stuff . He ’s still learning the Christian matter .

Oh , and Marsters told the Caprica gore he ’ll be back for the 200th episode of Smallville , this tumble .
